My name is Chelsea,
and I am a Certified Yoga Therapist living in the beautiful mountains of Squamish, British Columbia. I acknowledge with respect that I work, live, and play as a guest on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded Indigenous territories of the Coast Salish peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō, and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

I am impassioned by connection in all forms, whether that is to yourself, others, nature, or life. My personal yoga practice taught me how to deepen my relationship with many facets of myself, which inspired me to dedicate my professional life to this path. I strive to empower you with the skills and knowledge necessary to experience the change you desire.
The why determines the how; the intention for doing something will determine the approach, and what’s driving the issue will determine where we start. I am trained in Diane Lee’s Integrated Systems Model, which focuses on getting to the root of the issue by assessing the whole person/body, rather than chasing the pain or symptoms.
During your private yoga therapy sessions, we will create an individualized program that will support you and your goals, by blending yoga postures, self myo-fascial release (self massage), breathing practices, and meditation suited to you so you can move and feel better.
Private yoga therapy can:
- help heal physical injury so you can return to the life and activities you love
- improve your strength, flexibility and mobility in order to enhance your physical capabilities
- empower you with the skills necessary to find balance in your mental and/or emotional health
